Speak Your Mind

What are you thinking?
Oh yeah, if you would like a small picture to show by your name, you can do that here.

__Italy 2009

I spent my Spring Break in 2009 “romeing” around Italy with a group of about 40 students from Mississippi State University.  We were part of Campus Crusade for Christ and were in Italy to share the message of Jesus Christ!  We spent time sight-seeing in Rome and Florence and did most of our mission work in Salerno.  We spent our days at the University of Salerno going up to college students there and just striking up conversation.  We would then turn that into a spiritual conversation.  For the most part, everyone there was VERY receptive.  Even the people that didn’t want to hear what we had to say showed us respect.  The Italians are great.  While there, we had some AWESOME conversations and really planted some seeds, I believe.

We had a really long layover in Amsterdam on our way to Italy, so we went out into the city.  The first pictures are from there.  The rest of my pictures are from sight-seeing and mission work in Italy (except for the last one).  There are a few of people randomly lying on the ground; don’t worry about them.  If you want to know the details of that game, send me a message!

I would love to tell you about my trip.  It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime things.  I should have a hard copy photo album put together soon.  I’d love to share with you!  Maybe we can go out for coffee…even though I don’t really drink it.  I just like using that phrase.  It sounds classy.

Take a moment to read my viewing suggestions.  I think it’ll make your time here a lot more enjoyable!  Don’t worry.  It won’t close this window.
