Well I look forward to your other comments. And I am sure I will be up at midnight, too! Haha.

I meant to say “when it isn’t almost midnight”. However, there are many times that I am on the computer at midnight even though I strive to get it closed down before then. I am thoroughly enjoying reading all that you have posted, your pictures, etc. and think you are doing a super job with your web site. By the way, it has been read by folks near Cincinnati. You will have to get your Mimi to tell you about the phone call I received today while we were walking!! hahaa

About the small picture, I am not sure I know how to do that. You know we ‘Mimi’s” aren’t too smart about these computers.

Speak Your Mind

What are you thinking?
Oh yeah, if you would like a small picture to show by your name, you can do that here.

The Scoop

Well today another Simmons added a college degree to her resumé.  After two years at Itawamba Community College, my twin sister, Amy, walked across the stage this afternoon and got her Associate of Arts degree.  I know I was very proud of her!

My mom’s parents were there as well as my older sister, Jordan, and her fiancé, Will.  (They had to cut out early, though, to drive back to Hattiesburg.)  The Simmons and grandparents- Mimi & Gran-Gran- got to eat at Olive Garden afterwards.  It was a nice meal.  Nice company and conversation.  I did feel bad about missing Sunday night church, however.  Oh well.  The children’s choirs sing next Sunday night.  I’m excited!

Now Amy just has a couple of years at Ole Miss left then grad school at Vanderbilt, she hopes.  (Speech Pathology)  Check out my photos for the day’s complete album.

Today was also Mother’s Day.  I’ll give a quick shout out to you, Mom, and tell you how much I love you and appreciate EVERYTHING you do for me.  You’re awesome!  And I realized today that MOM is WOW upside down…. I know, I’m behind.  But I think it’s a cool coincidence.  Today was also the baby dedication service at church.  It’s definitely near the top of my Favorite Service List.  (You just can’t beat Christmas.)
